Randall "Duke" Cunningham...

is a lot of things to a lot of people -- some good and some not so good.  He lives in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, alone with his two Terriers, Bella and Bandit.  He moved to the community after serving several years in prison for accepting bribes and other crimes when he was a U.S. Congressman (R-CA).

The retired Navy Commander -- one of the most highly decorated pilots in the Vietnam War -- said regarding his conviction:

"I've always been a fighter, I fought through it.  But even today it's difficult.  It's not gonna' go away, something in my own heart and my own mind.  I said, 'how could you be that stupid.'"
